Abstract

Two highly homozygous inbred lines were used to construct the F2 population. Chromosomal regions closely linked to pepper cluster inflorescences were obtained by BSR and linkage mapping methods, and insertion / deletion locus (InDel) markers were developed in candidate intervals for verification. Finally, the InDel closely linked with the candidate gene was obtained, and the molecular marker In-9258 was designed according to the marker, and the genotype identification of 100 randomly sampled individuals from the F2 population was carried out with the marker, and the coincidence rate reached 100%.
