A curved arc-shaped opening below a rectangular valve body is matched with a sealing valve which correspondingly coincides with and buckles the opening; supporting plates at the two sides of the sealing valve are movably arranged below supporting seats A of the twosides of the valve body through rotating shafts; a supporting seat B is arranged at the outer side of the supporting seat A of one side of the valve body at intervals; a driven gear arranged on the rotating shaft between the supporting seat A and the supporting seat B is engaged with a driving gear of the inner end of a driving shaft in a transmission manner; and a handle is arranged at the outerend after the driving shaft passes through the supporting seat B. After the opening-closing valve formed thereout is installed, when the opening-closing valve is used, the sealing valve can be driventhrough the rotation of the handle to realize the closing and opening of the opening-closing valve; and as the curved arc-shaped opening and the coincided sealing valve are adopted, the opening-closing valve can be opened and closed freely and prevents the stored granular raw materials from being blocked.
