The length of a capillary pipe in the first throttling part is smaller than that of a capillary pipe in the second throttling part, a first refrigerant circulating loop and a second refrigerant circulating loop are formed, the first electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the first refrigerant circulating loop to be opened and closed, and the second electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the second refrigerant circulating loop to be opened and closed.
