Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the steps that (1), a pipe blank is manufactured; (2), the pipe blank is manufactured into a pierced billet; and (3), after the manufactured pierced billet is heated to 900-960 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for a certain time according to the wall thickness of the pierced billet, and then air cooling is conducted.
