The measuring device is installed on a wind generating set cabin, and the device comprises a sensing detection device, a data processing and analyzing device and a display device. According to the method for measuring the real incoming wind speed of the wind turbine generator, themeasured real incoming wind speed is the center position of two rotating blades and can be detected by the measuring device. After the measuring device detects the wind speed and wind direction signal, the actual time value and the ideal time value of the detected wind signal passing through the blade rotating surface are calculated, the measured wind signal is compared and analyzed, and the realincoming wind speed is extracted from the collected wind speed signal according to the analysis result. According to the method, the real incoming wind speed can be extracted from the wind speed signal, and the control and operation of the wind turbine generator can be facilitated.
