The method comprises the steps of responding to a blue screen reason detection trigger event, determining at least one preset type of file according to a file retrieval rule in configuration information, wherein the preset type of file is a file generated when a blue screen event happens to a terminal; determining a target preset type file meeting a time threshold inthe at least one preset type file, wherein the time threshold value is a threshold value determined according to an accelerator program; and determining a blue screen reason according to the target preset type file. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the blue screen caused by the accelerator cannot be detected can be solved to a certain extent.
