The method comprises a knowledge graph module which takes legal domain data as input and is used for carrying out advanced preprocessing on the input legal domain data, extracting legal knowledge of the legal domain data and carrying out knowledge association and knowledge verification on the extracted legal knowledge so as to obtain a knowledge graph; an intelligent questioning and answering module used for obtaining legal questions of the user by taking legal related question description proposed by the user as input through guiding type questioning based on knowledge graph reasoning and multiple rounds of questioning and answering, and finally giving answers; a multi-talent session management module used for coordinating a dialogue process between a user and a machine; a user portrait module used for establishing a user portrait according to daily questions of the user and emotion conditions during questioning, and knowing legal requirements of the user; and a question recommendation module used for pushing the legal demands of the user on the basis of the user portrait module.
