Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D light curing method and 3D light curing equipment. The method comprises the steps that a light source is modulated to form exposure beams; the exposure beams are controlled to scan in a first direction on an exposure surface of light-cured resin through a projection system, and an exposure pattern is formed, wherein the clear aperture D1 of the projection system in a second direction is greater than the clear aperture D2 of the projection system in a third direction; the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; a plane defined by the first direction and the second direction is parallel to the exposure surface of the light-cured resin; and the third direction is perpendicular to the exposed surface of the light-cured resin. According to the embodiments of the invention, the imaging resolution is increased, and thus the light curing accuracy is improved.
