Abstract

The invention discloses a nondestructive testing system and method for a power distribution network tower base plate, clamp plate and pull plate and belongs to the field of underground metal detection. The system comprises a transmitting coil, a receiving coil, a transmitting module, a receiving module, a signal collection module and an embedded module. A pulse current source is applied to the transmitting coil and a primary space induction electromagnetic field is obtained. The receiving coil generates induced electromotive force under the effect of the primary space induction electromagneticfield. Through combination of the signal collection module and the embedded module, a waveform of the induced electromotive force is compared with feedback waveforms of standard components, and deepburying condition of the power distribution network tower base plate, clamp plate and pull plate is obtained. Compared with conventional excavation detection, the system and the method have the advantages that secondary construction is avoided in a detection process, a detection period is relatively short, detection efficiency is improved, a risk of influencing an original construction effect is avoided, detection cost is relatively low and detection safety is relatively high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of underground metal detection, and more specifically relates to a non-destructive testing system and method for a distribution network pole tower chassis, a chuck and a puller. Background technique [0002] As urban infrastructure, overhead distribution network lines have strict requirements on the quality of grounding grid construction. The main construction content of the power transmission line project is to bury the underground pole tower of the distribution network. In order to efficiently test whether the bottom, pull, chuck and other components of the pole tower are buried in accordance with the requirements, the non-excavation technology is used to improve the detection efficiency. The construction quality inspection of the bottom, pull and chuck of the net pole tower is of great significance. [0003] Excavation detection is a traditional detection method for the buried depth of the distribution network tow...
