The method comprises the following steps that: obtaining a face image; obtaining a thermal imaging diagram which has the same window with the face image; and correspondingly matching and blending the face image with a temperature distribution diagram to obtain a blending image,wherein the blending image comprises the temperature distribution of a point of which the temperature is to be tested, and the highest temperature in the point of which the temperature is to be tested is a human body temperature. The device comprises a face image module, a thermal imaging diagram module and a blending module, wherein the face image module is used for obtaining the face image, andthe thermal imaging diagram module is used for obtaining the thermal imaging diagram. The system comprises a camera, a thermal imaging camera and a processor, wherein the camera outputs the obtainedface image to the processor, the thermal imaging camera outputs the obtained thermal imaging diagram to the processor, and the storage module is used for storing a computer program.
