According to the system, the high-altitude anti-falling effect can be accurately realized by utilizing infrared rays and an image recognition technology; the number and the bearing strength of buffer nets can be controlled according to thespeed of a falling object; and through converting an analog signal recognized from an image into a digital signal, the falling object image can be rapidly processed by the controller, and when the falling object is recognized, a protection mechanism is triggered.
