Abstract

The invention relates to a content caching decision and resource allocation combined optimization method based on mobile edge computing in the Internet of Vehicles, and belongs to the technical fieldof mobile communication. The MEC server is deployed on the RSU side and can provide storage space and computing resources for vehicle users.
