Abstract

The disclosure relates to a flexible signal sensing and processing apparatus comprising a substrate, a first metal layer, a dielectric layer, and a second metal layer. The first metal layer, the dielectric layer, and the second metal layer are arranged on the substrate successively. The first metal layer includes a first electrode; the second metal layer includes a second electrode, and a first strain sensor capable of generating a first signal according to deformation of a measured object; the first electrode, the dielectric layer and the second electrode form a pressure sensor for generatinga second signal based on the received pressure, wherein the dielectric layer and the second electrode are opposite to the first electrode. The pressure sensor and the first strain sensor form a signal processing module; and the signal processing module can separately perform signal processing on the first signal and the second signal to obtain the processed first signal and the processed second signal. The substrate, the first metal layer, the dielectric layer, and the second metal layer are made of flexible materials. Therefore, the sensing function and the signal self-processing function are realized; and the complexity of the signal processing part is reduced substantially.
