According to the method and the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the segmentation effect of the overlapping cells and the adhesion cells is improved based on the initial U-Net network, the cell segmentation accuracy is optimized, while the model training is accelerated based on the BN algorithm, and the model performance is optimized.
