A material of the cervical fusion cage is porous tantalum; s structure of the cervical fusion cage is a box-shaped structure; an upper surface of the cervical fusion cage is convex, and a lower surface is flat; the cervical fusion cage comprises a central part and a peripheral wall, the central part is arranged in middle of the cervical fusion cage, and a periphery of the central part is provided with the peripheral wall; the peripheral wall is manufactured from the porous tantalum with a porosity of 20%-30%; the central part is manufactured from the porous tantalum with a porosity of 70%-80%; and the central part of the cervical fusion cage is provided with a vertical telescopic barb. The provided cervical vertebra fusion does not need bone grafting, is free of a bone grafting region, avoids bone grafting related complications, and is made of the porous tantalum material. The porous tantalum, also known as a bone trabecular metal, has a three-dimensional structure communicating with similar pores of human cancellous bones, is relatively high in porosity, can promote nutrient exchange in the pores, is more conducive to bone ingrowth, promotes bone integration and increases a fusion rate.
