The cathode of the light-emitting element is the cathode electrode strip; the light-emitting control unit controls the anode of the light-emitting element to float under the control of the light-emitting control line; and under the control of the grid line, the driving control unit controls the potential of the control end of the driving unit, the potential ofthe first end of the driving unit and the potential of the second end of the driving unit according to the data voltage on the data line.
