Abstract

The invention relates to a contact type flexible sensor. The contact type flexible sensor comprises a flexible strain sensing module; the flexible strain sensing module comprises a first strain sensorand a pressure sensor; the first strain sensor and the pressure sensor are integrated on the same substrate in a film form; the first strain sensor is used for generating a first signal according tothe deformation of a tested object; the pressure sensor is used for generating a second signal according to the pressure borne by the tested object; the first strain sensor and the pressure sensor also form a signal processing module; and the signal processing module can carry out signal processing on the first signal and the second signal to obtain a first processed signal and a second processedsignal. A sensing function and a signal self-processing function can be realized, so that the complexity of a signal processing part is greatly reduced, and the integration of sensing and signal processing is realized.
