Abstract

The invention discloses a solution with effects of hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion. The solution is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: a component A, including 70-90 percent of water, 1.0-10.0 percent of humectant and 0.02-0.3 percent of a first skin conditioner, a component B, including 0.1-4.0 percent of a hair-growing agent, 1.0-12.4 percent of a second skin conditioner and 0.1-1.0 percent of preservative, and a component C, including 1.0-10 percent of dipropylene glycol and 0.11-6.0 percent of a third skin conditioner; the total weight percentageof the component A, the component B and the component C is 100 percent; and the hair-growing agent is prepared from an angelica root extract, a yellowish sophora root extract, an extract from cacumenplatycladi orientalis and an eclipta prostrata leaf extract.
