Abstract

The gene sequencer comprises a base seat and an optical imaging device arranged above the base seat; a vibration absorbing block is arranged at a center of the base seat and can slide on a surface of the base seat, and a workpiece table is arranged at an upper side of the vibration absorbing block and can also move on a surface of the vibration absorbing block; and a plurality of vibration compensation devices are arranged between the vibration absorbing block and the base seat, and the vibration compensation device comprises a vibration absorbing spring and a damping member arranged along a horizontal direction. The vibration absorbing block is arranged at a bottom part of the workpiece table, vibration generated by motion of the workpiecetable is counteracted by reverse motion of the vibration absorbing block, besides, the vibration compensation devices arranged between the vibration absorbing block and the base seat can reset the vibration compensation block to reduce or avoid transmission of the vibration from the workpiece table to the optical imaging device; and vibration isolators arranged between a fixing frame and the baseseat can block the vibration overflew from external foundation and the workpiece table, and avoids the transmission of the vibration to the optical imaging device.
