Problems solved by technology

In the actual combustion process of biomass boilers, when bark and straw are used as fuel, due to the fluffy, light, soft and flocculent characteristics of bark and straw, they are easy to wrap and mix with crushed stones and soil blocks during collection and processing. Burning impurities, these impurities will damage the conveying machinery and equipment along the way during the transportation along the conveyor belt, and will damage the air cap and affect the slag discharge after entering the furnace, causing boiler failure

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, where the schematic embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are used to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.

[0021] refer to figure 1 , the invention discloses a method for separating impurities from biomass fuel, comprising the following steps:

[0022] Breaking up step: place the unseparated biomass fuel on the first-stage conveyor belt, and set a break-up roller at the discharge end of the first-stage conveyor belt to remove the stones, soil, etc. wrapped by the biomass fuel flocculent Break up impurities such as lumps;

[0023] Separation step: Install a second-stage conveyor belt inclined and running upwards below the discharge end of the first-stage conveyor belt to receive the dispersed biomass fuel. The strong biomass fuel is discharged along with the belt, and the impurities such as s...

Abstract

The invention provides a biomass fuel impurity separating method and device. The method comprises the steps that unseparated biomass fuel is placed on a primary conveyor belt, and a dispersing rolleris arranged at a discharge end of the primary conveyor belt and used for dispersing impurities such as stones and clods wrapped with biomass fuel floc; and separating is conducted, specifically, a secondary conveyor belt which is arranged obliquely with the upwards moving direction is mounted below the discharge end of the primary conveyor belt and used for receiving dispersed biomass fuel, in theascending process of the secondary belt, the biomass fuel with light weight and high friction force is discharged along with ascending of the belt, and impurities such as stones and clods with high specific gravity and low friction force slide down along the oblique secondary belt, so that the fuel is separated from the impurities. The method and device have the advantages that the separation effect is good, the removing rate is high, and the problems that the impurities destroy conveying mechanical equipment in the conveying process along the conveyor belts, damages a hood and affects deslagging after entering a furnace hearth, and consequently a boiler fails are effectively solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomass fuel processing machinery, in particular to a method and device for separating impurities of biomass fuel. Background technique [0002] At present, with the improvement of my country's environmental protection requirements for exhaust gas, waste residue and dust emissions, highly polluting industrial coal-fired boilers are constantly decreasing, and biomass boilers fueled by bark, straw and other biomass have been vigorously developed. In the actual combustion process of biomass boilers, when bark and straw are used as fuel, due to the fluffy, light, soft and flocculent characteristics of bark and straw, it is easy to wrap and mix crushed stones and soil blocks during collection and processing. Burning impurities, these impurities will damage the conveying machinery and equipment along the way during transportation along the conveyor belt, and will damage the air cap and affect slag discharge aft...
