Abstract

The device includes a temperature difference grid, fixed type temperature sensors, movable type temperature sensors, and a temperature controller; during control, a temperature coefficient matrix is obtained according to distribution of temperatures of each of layers of the temperature difference grid measured by the fixed type temperature sensors and the movable type temperature sensors and the distribution of a temperature of a target position; then the temperature required by each of the layers of the temperature difference grid is obtained by calculation according to the temperature coefficientmatrix and a target temperature gradient required by the target position; and finally, the controller controls heating coils of each of the layers of the temperature difference grid according to thedistribution of the temperatures of each of the layers of the temperature difference grid obtained by the calculation to make each of the layers reach a required temperature. The device can perform stratification on air flow and independently heats the stratified airflow to obtain different temperature gradients, thereby performing stratified simulation on the air flow, and temperature gradient control of the air flow of each of the layers is achieved.
