Abstract

The systemcomprises a vertical shaft water turbine rotor power generation device, gear transmission devices and a seabed pedestal. Two rotors are vertically installed in parallel and conduct relative rotation.Blades are arranged along the rotating faces in an equal interval angle mode and connected to rotating shafts through connecting rods. Each rotating shaft is connected with a supporting framework through an upper bearing and a lower bearing. A bottom supporting plate is fixedly connected with pile leg connecting components. The tidal current energy conversion system can be connected with two generators or one generator through the gear devices. When the double generators work, the rotor rotating shafts are connected with different generators through the gear devices and independently work; andwhen the single generator works, the rotor rotating shafts are connected to a double-rotating-shaft generator through the gear devices. The two rotors conduct relative rotation under the action of the incoming flow and have the beneficial influence on each other, the pulsation characteristic of the system is reduced, the rotating speed of each rotor is increased, and the energy conversion efficiency of the power generation device is greatly improved.
