Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying metabolites of phoxim in different tissues of freshwater fish. The drug is administered by soaking, and qualitatively detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in series with quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC‑QTOFMS). Metabolites of phoxim in different tissues, including the following steps: (1) Freshwater fish were soaked in phoxim solution to collect different tissues; (2) Extract samples, the extraction agent was acetonitrile and ethyl acetate at a volume ratio of 5: 1 mixed, the purification agent is mixed with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and octadecylsilane bonded silica gel at a mass ratio of 10:1; (3) UPLC‑QTOFMS qualitative analysis: with phoxim, O, O, O ’ ,O ’ ,-Tetraethyl phosphorodithioate and O,O-diethyl phosphorothioate retention time and ion mass were compared to determine the metabolites of each tissue sample.
