Abstract

The invention provides a testing device for calibration of automotive electronic capacitive coupling tongs. The device comprises a signal generator, a capacitive coupling tong unit, a measuring unit,a first matching unit, a second matching unit, a transmission unit, a first conversion unit, and a second conversion unit. The output end of the signal generator is connected to the transmission unit;the terminal of the transmission unit is connected to the first matching unit and the transmission unit is arranged in the capacitive coupling tong unit. The measuring unit is connected with one endof the capacitive coupling tong unit by the first conversion unit; and the second matching unit is connected to the other end of the capacitive coupling clamp through the second conversion unit. In addition, the device also includes a controller; the controller obtains a correction factor for the capacitive coupling tong unit based on a difference between an output signal level received by the signal level receiving module and an input signal level transmitted by a signal level transmission module. The testing device has advantages of simple structure, high test reliability and high operability.
