Embodiment Construction

[0020] A kind of animal specimen preparation method, it comprises the following steps:

[0021] (1) Collect intact animal remains;

[0022] (2) Dissect and clean the collected animal remains at low temperature to obtain the specimen matrix;

[0023] (3) Microwave heating the specimen matrix for 30-90s;

[0024] (4) Spread the heated specimen matrix with a metal bracket;

[0025] (5) Fill the stretched specimen matrix with medicinal cotton, and use adhesive to bond the gap after filling;

[0026] (6) Use antiseptic to smear the surface of the filled specimen matrix;

[0027] (7) Prepare agar with a concentration of 1~1.5%, heat it to melt and drive out the air bubbles;

[0028] (8) Apply molten agar to the surface of the specimen substrate covered with preservative, and cool and solidify at room temperature;

[0029] (9) Prepare transparent epoxy resin AB glue, apply it to the surface of the specimen substrate after step (8), and obtain the animal specimen after curing.
