Problems solved by technology

However, when the electrohydraulic controller of the transmission fails, because the electric control does not work, the mechanical snap connection, which is usually a form-fitting connection, cannot be released again through the electromagnet.
Therefore, in this parking lock system it is not possible to use an emergency release mechanism acting mechanically on the piston rod for manual disengagement of the parking lock

Embodiment Construction

[0035] Refer below Figures 1 to 7 A preferred embodiment of the parking lock for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle according to the invention will be described in detail. figure 1 A three-dimensional view of the parking lock in the switching position "parking lock engaged" is shown, which is designated P_ein. figure 2 shows the corresponding cross-section and image 3 The corresponding exploded view is shown. Figure 4 and 5 A view showing two disks for actuating the parking lock, which are essential parking lock components of the invention.

[0036] The parking lock comprises a pawl 20 which is pivotably mounted on a pawl pin 30 , whose ratchet 21 engages or disengages the parking lock wheel depending on the switching position P_ein, P_aus of the parking lock. In the tooth gap 11 of 10, the parking lock wheel is connected to the transmission shaft of the automatic transmission, not shown. The parking lock also includes a locking element 40 which, in the lock...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a parking lock that includes a pawl (20) that engages or disengages a parking lock wheel (10), and is placed on a link (50) in a lock a locking element (40) for preventing the parking lock from being disengaged, an engagement spring (80) for engaging the parking lock, and a hydraulically operable actuator for disengaging the parking lock (100), and an emergency unlocking device (170) for emergency unlocking the parking lock. A piston (120) of the actuator can be fixed in an endless state by an electromagnetically operable latching device (140) in a terminal position 'parking lock disengagement' or a terminal position 'parking lock jointed'. The invention further discloses: the piston (120) is hingedly coupled to a first disk (150) rotatably supported on theselection shaft (90). A second disk (160) connected to the selection shaft (90) in a rotationally fixed manner is hingedly connected to the connecting rod (50). The engagement spring (80) is clampedbetween the transmission housing and the second disc (160) and the emergency unlocking device (170) is coupled to the selector shaft (90) in a rotationally fixed manner. The first disk (150) mechanically interacts with the second disk (160) through the contact surface (153, 163) such that rotation of the second disk (160) caused by the emergency unlocking device (170) does not cause any rotation of the first disk (150).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a parking lock for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] As everyone knows, the parking lock of automatic transmission is a kind of device that can reliably prevent the motor vehicle that automatic transmission is installed from rolling. Such parking lock mechanisms are known in various ways in the prior art. They generally include a pawl rotatably supported on a pawl pin that engages and disengages a parking lock wheel connected to the transmission output, and a link disposed on Selector dial on top - the locking element on the top, which is clamped between the pawl and the guide plate in the locked state to prevent the pawl from being pressed out of the tooth gap of the parking lock wheel. In this case, the locking element is springably supported on the connecting rod via a spring element. Usually, the engagement of the parking lock is done mechani...
