The system comprises a multistep fishpond, a variable frequency pump, a PLC controller and adissolved oxygen probe, wherein the multistep fishpond comprises multiple fishponds which are arranged in parallel from a high position to a low position; the variable frequency pump is arranged in the highest fishpond and is electrically connected to the PLC controller and controlled to supply water to the fishpond so as to form a waterfall flow from the higher fishpond to the lower fishpond; thedissolved oxygen probe is arranged in the lowest fishpond to detect the oxygen content in the fishpond, and is electrically connected to the PLC controller and transmits a detection signal to the PLCcontroller. According to the invention, the waterfall flow is formed in a manner of adoption of the variable frequency pump and water, and therefore, the mobility of water in the fishpond is increased and then the oxygen content is increased, not only is the water quality of water in the fishpond ensured, but also the fishpond is attractive.
