Embodiment 1

[0026] figure 1 It is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of a transaxle 12 included in a vehicle 10 to which the present invention is applied. In addition, in figure 1 In , the upper side on the paper corresponds to the upper side of the vehicle 10 , that is, the upper side in the direction of gravity. Hereinafter, the upper side and the lower side refer to the upper side and the lower side in the direction of gravity. The transaxle 12 is provided on a power transmission path between an unillustrated engine and drive wheels. The transaxle 12 is a FF type (Front Engine, Front Drive: front front drive) power transmission device including an automatic transmission 15 and a rotating device such as a differential device 17 in the same housing 14 . In addition, the automatic transmission 15 and the differential device 17 respectively correspond to the transmission device of the present invention.

Embodiment 2

[0046] figure 2 This is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the internal structure of a transaxle 62 included in a vehicle 60 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The transaxle 62 is configured to include a torque converter 64 housed in a case 63 , an automatic transmission 66 , a countershaft 68 , and a differential device 70 . In addition, since the torque converter 64, the automatic transmission 66, and the differential device 70 are all well-known technologies, the specific structure is abbreviate|omitted. In addition, the automatic transmission 66 and the differential device 70 respectively correspond to the transmission device of the present invention.

[0047] The automatic transmission 66 is connected to a differential device 70 via a countershaft 68 so as to be able to transmit power. An output gear 72 of the automatic transmission 66 meshes with a driven gear 74 provided on the countershaft 68 , and a drive gear 76 provided on the cou...

Abstract

The present invention provides a structure capable of suppressing a decrease in defoaming performance of a defoaming agent that defoams bubbles of oil loaded in a transmission device. Since the soliddefoaming agent (40) is disposed at a position on the upper side of the oil surface of the oil (22) in which the vehicle is running. Therefore, when the generated bubble (36) moves to the upper side than the oil surface (39) and adheres to the solid defoaming agent (40), the particles in the solid defoaming agent (40) are dissolved and dispersed. Inside the bubble (36), defoaming is performed. Here, since the solid defoaming agent (40) is not affected by the centrifugal separation, the deterioration of the defoaming performance is also suppressed. Thereby, even if it is a low viscosity oil (22), it can be used as the oil (22) for the automatic transmission (15).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to defoaming of oil filled in a transmission housing of a vehicle. Background technique [0002] When the oil loaded in the housing of the transmission device included in the vehicle is stirred by gears or the like, bubbles are generated due to the mixing of the oil and air. When the oil becomes foamy, the lubricating performance decreases, and therefore, when the oil is supplied to gears or bearings, the lubrication may become insufficient. In contrast, Patent Document 1 discloses defoaming by adding a granular antifoaming agent to oil. [0003] prior art literature [0004] patent documents [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2014-62250 Contents of the invention [0006] The problem to be solved by the invention [0007] However, in Patent Document 1, when the oil rotates in the rotating body, the antifoaming agent in the oil is centrifuged in the rotating body and adheres to the wall surface...
