By adoption of the alarm information processing method provided by the embodiment, the periodically triggered alarm information can not only be identified from the alarm information autonomously configured by a user, the alarm information that does not meet the user alarm curve can also be identified in time, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently process the abnormality caused to the cloud platform or underlying resources in advance, and the fault processing capability of the cloud platform and the service system is improved.
