The joints of the backwater water inlet branch pipes and the backwash water inlet main pipe are each provided with an air valve with an opening and closing function. A filtering box shell is arranged outside the filtering layer of each filtering box. The tops of all the filtering box shells are connected to a device shell to form a whole.
