The touchable spatial holographic projection device comprises a mounting base, a top plate, a motor, a hollow rotating shaft, an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic atomization device and a high-speed projector, wherein the top plate is arranged on a mounting bottom plate through a stand column; the motor is arranged in the middle of the mounting bottom plate; the shaft end of the motor is vertically upward and coaxially connected with one end of the hollow rotating shaft; the other end of the hollow rotating shaft penetrates through the top plate; a baffle is further arranged on the arc side surface of the hollow rotating shaft; the infrared sensor is further arranged on the mounting bottom plate; the ultrasonic atomization device and the high-speed projector are both arranged on the top plate; the mist discharge end of the ultrasonic atomization device is inserted into an inner hole, penetrating through one end of the top plate, of the hollowing rotating shaft through a connecting bend pipe; and the projection end of the high-speed projector penetrates through the top plate.
