The pipeline leakage online plugging device comprises an upper housing, a lower housing, outer ring sealing gaskets and inner ring sealing gaskets; the upper housing and the lower housingare of the same structure and each comprise a semicircular pipe and a connecting flange arranged at the bottom end of the semicircular pipe; the upper housing and the lower housing are connected intoa circular cylinder structure through the connecting flanges; an exhaust port is formed in the top end of the upper housing; a drain port is formed in the bottom end of the lower housing; cavities ofthe upper housing and the lower housing are liquid accumulation cavities; at least two sealing grooves are formed in the inner surface of each cavity; the sealing grooves are formed along the peripheries of the liquid accumulation cavities; the two sealing grooves are nested with one sealing groove being positioned on the inner side of the other; the two outer ring sealing gaskets are arranged inthe two sealing grooves of the upper housing; and the two inner ring sealing gaskets are arranged in the two sealing grooves of the lower housing.
