The water surface unmanned ship, a recovery cage and an initiative capture control system are included. The initiative capture control system is integrated in a shipborne computer of the water surface unmanned ship. The recovery cage is connected with the water surface unmanned ship through a hydraulic telescopic rod installed in the cabin. The hydraulic telescopic rod is connected with the initiative capture control system, the recovery cage is controlled by the initiative capture control system to be put into water or to be taken into the cabin, and the height of the collection cage is also adjusted precisely.
