The second optical medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and is in contact with the first optical medium layer, and the refractive index of the second optical medium layer matches the first refractive index or the second refractive index. The heating device is configured to enable the phase change material to transition between the first state and thesecond state.
