Binding recipient rabbit, inserting an outer tube with an outer tube sleeve from the recipient rabbit's vagina until the tip of the outertube reaches the cervix of uterus; Pull out the outer sleeve outward so that the closed end of the outer sleeve is pierced by the tip of the outer sleeve. The outer tube is pushed so that the tip ofthe outer tube passes through the cervix, the inner tube is inserted into the tip of the outer tube, and the rabbit embryo in the inner tube is injected into the uterus with a syringe connected with the inner tube.
