A pesticide feed port is formed in one side of the outer surface of the storage box. A water inlet is formed in the other side of the outer surface of the storage box. A battery holder is arranged on the outer surface of the storage box. A heating net is fixed into the storage box. A temperature sensoris arranged on one side of the top of the inner surface of the storage box. A thread is formed in the bottom of each spraying pipe. The four spraying pipes are arranged at equal intervals and are fixed to the water passing holes through the threads.
