The device comprises a compacting and material transferring device, a processing platform, an opening and capremoving mechanism, a cavity opening mechanism, a blowing mechanism and a machine frame; the opening and cap removing mechanism comprises an annular cap opening knife and a rotating shaft; the annular cap opening knife is fixed on the top part of the rotating shaft; the inner wall of the annular cap opening knife is uniformly distributed with a plurality of upturned thorns along an axial direction; the side wall of the annular cap opening knife is provided with a fruit peel outlet; the cavity bottom of the annular cap opening knife is a bevel inclined to the fruit peel outlet; the processingplatform drives the rotating shaft, the cavity opening mechanism and a blowing mechanism to synchronously move vertically; and the rotating shaft can synchronously rotate during a vertical movement process. The device is ingenious in structure; the opening and cap removing mechanism can continuously open bottom parts of fruits via the annular cap opening knife; fruit peels are not blocked; specialtreatment of the fruit peels on the annular cap opening knife is not needed; processing efficiency is greatly improved; and the rotatable design of the rotating shaft greatly improves smoothness of cap opening of the fruits and avoids squeezing the fruits to be split during the cap opening.
