The intelligent control system comprises field equipment of an egg pretreatment module, field equipment of a steam boiling and shelling module, field equipment of a marinating and barbecuing module, field equipment of a packaging and sterilizing module and a control system, wherein the field equipment of the egg pretreatment module comprises a cleaning device, a disinfecting device and a drying device; the field equipment of the steam boiling and shelling module comprises an automatic conveying device, a steam boiling device and an automatic sheller; the field equipment of the marinating and barbecuing module comprises a marinating device and a barbecuing box, and after eggs are marinated inthe marinating device, the eggs are put into the barbecuing box and barbecued; the field equipment of the packaging and sterilizing module comprises a cooling device, a vacuum sealing device and a high pressure sterilizing machine; and the control system is used for accomplishing monitoring, management and configuration of each module and the field equipment thereof. A timer is arranged in each module, so monitoring, management and configuration of the field equipment are accomplished by configuring the timers by the control system, thereby realizing fully-automatic supervision of the integralproduction process of the marinated eggs, greatly improving the production efficiency and having low industrialization cost.
