The intelligent building energy-saving control system comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, a plurality of illumination sensors, a plurality of central air-conditioner flow regulating valves, a central air-conditioner power regulator and a controller, wherein the plurality of temperature sensors are arranged at temperature measuring points of the interior of a building and are used for detecting the temperature of the interior of the building in real time; the plurality of illumination sensors are arranged atlight measuring points of the interior of the building and are used for detecting the daily average illumination intensity of the building; the plurality of central air-conditioner flow regulating valves are arranged on a pipeline of a central air-conditioner of the building and are used for regulating the air supply flow of the central air-conditioner in real time; the central air-conditioner power regulator is used for regulating the working power of the central air-conditioner in real time; and the controller is used for receiving the real-time temperature and average illumination intensity data of the interior of the building and sending control commands to the central air-conditioner flow regulating valves and the central air-conditioner power regulator, and thus, the energy consumption of the central air-conditioner is reduced on the premise of meeting the setting temperature of the interior of the building.
