The physical simulation system comprises a reservoir physical model used for simulating thin-layer super thickened oil, a steam injection device, a gas foam injection device, a fluid collecting device and a data collecting device. The reservoir physical model is provided with a horizontal well production well and one or more vertical well injection wells. The steam injection device is used for injecting steam to the reservoir modelphysical model to conduct steam drive thickened oil recovery. The gas foam injection device is used for injecting gas foam into the reservoir physical model when the water content of fluid produced from the horizontal well production well reaches a preset value.
