The composite sound insulation layer hasan absorption coefficient of more than 0.3 for a 500 Hz sound source, and an absorption coefficient of 0.6 or more for a 1000 Hz sound source, and the sound absorbing performance is good; and the material is provided with the noise elimination layer and the sound absorbing layer, when entering the noise elimination layer, sound waves have friction with the walls of countless holes communicating with each other, and sound energy is converted into heat energy to consume, thereby achieving noise eliminating effect.
