Problems solved by technology

However, this method of relying on blood-sucking expansion to stop bleeding is very dangerous for the wounded who are bleeding heavily on the battlefield, and the strength of the material becomes weak after expansion, making it difficult to provide continuous squeezing force on the wound surface, and its function needs to be further improved

Embodiment Construction

[0025] Such as figure 1 As shown, the injectable helical spring hemostatic device is composed of a syringe 1 , a hemostatic material outer coating 2 and an adaptive helical spring expansion structure 3 . There is a reaming blade 7 at the front end of the syringe 1, and when the wound is small, the wound is cut to put into the hemostatic device. figure 2 , image 3 Shown are the initial folded state and the state of use of the hemostatic material outer coating film 2 respectively. The hemostatic material outer coating film 2 has a certain degree of flexibility and can expand when encountering blood (water). Such as Figure 4 As shown, the adaptive coil spring deployment structure 3 is composed of a coil spring 4, a support rod 5 and a cable 6. The coil spring 4 is distributed in layers, one for each layer, and the bottom end is fixed on the support rod 5, and the hemostatic material is coated with a film. Fixed on the outer end of the coil spring 4. Each coil spring 4 is p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hemostatic structure and a hemostatic device with a stay cable based on coil spring, wherein the hemostatic structure comprises an external application film of hemostatic materials and a self-adaptive coil spring deployable structure, and the self-adaptive coil spring deployable structure consists of coil springs, a support rod and a stay cable; the coil springs are distributed in a layered manner, one for each layer and the bottom end of the coil spring is fixed on the support rod; the external application film of hemostatic materials is fixed at the outer end of thecoil spring; one end of the stay cable is fixed on the coil spring, and the other end of the stay cable is led out by the support rod. Before use, the tension cable is tightened and fixed, and the coil spring hemostatic structure is stored in a syringe. When in use, the hemostatic structure is injected into the wound, the cable is loosened, the coil spring releases elastic potential energy and expands along the radial direction to drive the external application film of hemostatic materials to fit the wound surface, thereby the function of rapid hemostasis is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel hemostasis structure for penetrating wounds, in particular to an adaptive helical spring hemostasis structure and an injection-type hemostasis device for helical springs. Background technique [0002] The existing hemostasis treatment of penetrating wounds on the battlefield mainly adopts compression hemostasis, burning hemostasis, grease and gauze filling hemostasis and other methods. These conventional hemostasis methods are far from meeting the first aid requirements for hemostasis of penetrating wounds due to the limitation of wartime conditions or treatment effects. There is an urgent need to develop a new hemostatic method and device to fill the gap. RevMedx, a medical technology company in Oregon, USA, has developed a syringe-like medical device called "XStat", which contains tiny cotton wool, which can change the way military doctors treat gunshot wounds and shrapnel wounds. When in use, military doctors inject...
