Abstract
The invention discloses a solid phase micro-extraction method of unsaturated compounds. A silver nanoparticle functionalized monolithic column prepared by an in-situ reduction method is used a solid-phase micro-extraction monolithic column; and in combination with an in-tube solid-phase micro-extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-diode array on-line combined detection system (In-tube SPME-HPLC-DAD), a solid-phase micro-extraction new method of the unsaturated compounds is established. According to the solid phase micro-extraction method of the unsaturated compounds provided by theinvention, a special acting force existing between silver nanoparticles loaded in a monolithic column material and an unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond carried by the unsaturated compounds is usedto achieve the enrichment of the unsaturated compounds on the silver nanoparticle functionalized monolithic column; and since the strength of the acting force between silver nanoparticles and an unsaturated compound cis-trans-isomer is different, the sequential elution of the unsaturated compound cis-trans isomer is further realized, and the requirements for efficient detection of trans fatty acids and the separation and analysis of is-trans-stilbene are satisfied.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of analytical chemistry, and in particular relates to a solid-phase microextraction method for unsaturated compounds. Background technique [0002] Unsaturated compounds mainly include aromatic unsaturated organic compounds and aliphatic unsaturated organic compounds. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, they are widely used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Trans fatty acid (TFA), as a conventional aliphatic unsaturated organic compound, is the main component of food additives (such as hydrogenated oil, margarine, etc.). Food additives such as hydrogenated oil and margarine have the advantages of extending the shelf life of food and increasing the taste, and are widely used in the modern food industry. However, TFA has many adverse effects on human health, such as inducing tumors, arteriosclerosis, type II diabetes, obesity and other diseases, especially on infants and young children in ...
