Abstract

The invention discloses a self-stabilizing graded transmission textile processing device comprising a line conducting frame, a line conducting drum, an underframe, a line transmission frame, a connecting seat, a processing seat, a supporting column and a braiding frame. The line transmission frame is composed of a power machine, a bipolar power divider, a braiding winding drum and an embroidered winding drum. The underframe is provided with a plurality of shock-retarding bottom columns and also comprises a single chip computer. The bottom of each shock-retarding bottom column is provided witha pressure sensor connected to the single chip computer, a connection part between each shock-retarding bottom column and the underframe is provided with a shock-retarding telescopic rod, and the shock-retarding telescopic rods are electrically connected with the single chip computer. Two kinds of lines can be outputted on a same rotating shaft, the positive and negative rotation of the power machine is controlled, clothes are embroidered while the clothes are braided, switching is flexible, the multi-stage output with the same motor can be realized, the eccentricity can also be prevented whenthe braiding winding drum rotates, and outputted braiding lines are straight and fast; and with design of the shock-retarding base columns, a main body of the device can be kept with good stability and safety.
