The system comprises a reference encoder, a twin trawling device, a data cache device and an upper computer; a detected encoderand the reference encoder are driven by the twin trawling device for rotation; the data cache device collects position signals output by the detected encoder and the reference encoder at the same timeat the same sampling period when the detected encoder and the reference encoder are synchronously rotated; the upper computer comprises an error analysis unit, a fitting unit and a burning unit, theerror analysis unit is configured to generate an original error curve according to the position signals, the fitting unit is configured to generate a correction curve according to the original error curve, and the burning unit is configured to write in the correction curve into the detected encoder.
