According to the display device and the control method thereof and the display equipment, the grid structure is arranged onthe side, away from the light guide plate, of the liquid crystal layer, the grid structure is reused as the raster and the electrode for controlling the refractive index of the liquid crystal layer,and an electrode assembly and the raster do not need to be arranged in the display device.
