Abstract

The invention discloses a centrifugal microfluidic device. The centrifugal microfluidic device comprises a bottom disc, multiple nozzles and a driving part. Multiple collecting cavities distributed inthe circumferential direction are formed in the bottom disc. The nozzles can be arranged on the bottom disc and distributed in the circumferential direction. An outlet of any nozzle is communicated with the interior of one collecting cavity, the distances between the outlets of the nozzles and the bottom walls of the collecting cavities are larger than zero, and the nozzles are located on the sides, close to the center of the bottom disc, of the collecting cavities. The driving part can drive the bottom disc to rotate. By means of the centrifugal microfluidic device, when the driving part drives the bottom disc to rotate, a sodium alginate solution and cell suspension liquid in the nozzles enter the collecting cavities respectively, then multiple hydrogel carriers can be formed, and the production efficiency of the hydrogel carriers is greatly improved.
