Abstract

The shearing performance test device comprises a pressure device, an experiment table frame, a magnetic field generating device, a Hall sensor, a micrometer, a piezoresistive pressure sensor, a signal modulation circuit, a voltage meter and a direct current power supply, wherein the pressure device arranged on the experiment table frame can exert different compression stress on the magnetorheological elastomers; through the piezoresistive pressure sensor, the magnitude of the compression stress received by the magnetorheological elastomers can be read out; the shearing stress can be exerted onto the magnetorheological elastomers through the micrometer structure; through the reading on the micrometer, the shearing deformation generated by the magnetorheological elastomers can be clearly known; the magnitude of the shearing stress received by the magnetorheological elastomers can be measured through the piezoresistive pressure sensor; the magnetic field generating device can generate action on the magnetic field on the magnetorheological elastomers.
