Abstract

The meat supercooling preservation control method comprises the steps of: (S1) obtaining present temperatures of meat food positioned in refrigerator chambers in real time; (S2) judging if the present temperatures of the meat food are higher than or equal to a first temperature threshold t0; and if so, carrying out the step (S3); (S3) controlling the chambers to perform the cooling operation; (S4) judging if the meat food is cooled to a phase change point temperature t1 in the cooling process; and if so, carrying out the step (S5), wherein the phase change point temperature t1 is the temperature of a critical point of the meat food generating the phase change; (S5) starting to time whenthe temperature is lowered to the phase change point temperature t1; and carrying out the step (S6) after the timing reaches a first preset time period; and (S6) controlling the chambers to perform low-temperature stable operation according to a third target temperature T3, wherein the third target temperature T3 is the frozen point temperature of the meat food. The meat supercooling preservationcontrol method can prolong the preservation period as far as possible under the condition of not freezing meat.
