The environment-friendly oil pumping device comprises F-type brackets, a motor, an oil storage tank, an oil well pump, an oil production rod and a casing pipe, wherein a first mounting sleeve and a second mounting sleeve are mounted on the oil production rod respectively; the multiple F-type brackets are mounted on the outer sides of the first mounting sleeve and the second mounting sleeve; a driven gear is mounted and fixed on the oil production rod between the first mounting sleeve and thesecond mounting sleeve and in meshing connection with a driving gear mounted on an output shaft of the motor; the oil storage tank is fixed at the tops of the F-type brackets; the oil well pump communicated with the inner cavity of the oil storage tank is arranged at the top of the oil storage tank; the lower part of the oil production rod is in sleeve joint with the casing pipe; the lower end ofthe oil production rod is connected with an expansible bellows in the casing pipe; a spiral plate is mounted on the outer side of the casing pipe; an oil inlet hole is formed in the casing pipe.
